LINDY FOWLER , SPHR

As founder of Access Staffing Services, Lindy is committed to the vision of forming enduring partnerships with both clients and job seekers. With more than 20 years in the staffing industry, she has successfully recruited for all position levels. In 1981, Lindy founded and managed the Temporary Staffing Division of General Employment Service, Inc, establishing her as a pioneer in the “full service” staffing industry. When she opened the doors of Access Staffing Services, it was with the single mission of developing the finest quality staffing resource in the Greater Seattle/Puget Sound region. Lindy is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources, and is actively involved in the Human Resources community.
